Terms & Conditions


Terms and conditions can vary depending on the class. Please read carefully below.


  • Fees must be paid on or by the first day of term.
  • If fees are not paid by half term we reserve the right to refuse admission. Arrangements may be made to recover unpaid fees and you may incur additional costs. We are always happy to discuss payment options if you are struggling to meet the deadline for whatever reason.
  • Cancellations cannot be accepted at the start of a new term. One full terms notice must be given in writing or the following terms fees will be charged without exception. This also applies when changing classes. The notice period is required to safeguard the effective running of Stagestars.
  • Notice will not be accepted at the end of a term when not wanting to continue for the following term.
  • LAMDA examination bookings will carry a £1.00 administration charge per exam.


Stagestars After School Clubs

  • Stagestars Clubs at St Peter's School, Fetcham Village Infants and St Joseph's school do not require any notice when stopping at the end of a term.

Observation

  • We ask please that parents do not wait in the classroom during a session unless by prior arrangement.

Saturday Class Uniform

  • Stagestars uniform must be worn to every Saturday class and appropriate footwear must be worn. The teacher may ask students to remove accessories and jewellery if it poses a risk to health & safety.

Health & Safety

  • Whilst every care will be taken to ensure the safety and wellbeing of the children teachers cannot be held responsible for the safety of them outside of the class.

Personal Property

  • We will not be held responsible for the loss and damage to personal belongings whilst on the premises. It is the responsibility of students & parents to ensure that all belongings are collected at the end of class.

Force Majeure

  • 'Force Majeure' shall mean that in any event outside Stagestars control that prevents the prompt performance of our obligations, including war, civil strife, lockdown, natural disaster, extreme weather etc, refunds are not able.
